Last updated October 10, 2026. This is a plain-language summary of how StudioFlowKit works. It is not legal advice.

What a pre-order is

StudioFlowKit is a client-operations kit for wedding and portrait photographers, and version 1 is still being built. A pre-order is a payment made now for a product that will be delivered later. The contents listed on the home page are the plan for version 1, and small details may change as it is built.

Price

The founding pre-order price is $49 USD, one time. The planned regular price after launch is $99 USD. A founding member keeps the founding price and gets version 1 updates at no extra cost.

Delivery

Delivery is planned by November 30, 2026. You will receive access by email and through your Whop account. If I expect to miss that date, I will email you before it passes, and you can choose to wait or take a full refund.

Refunds

You can ask for a full refund at any time before delivery, and for 14 days after delivery. Email s.akmalkazmi@gmail.com with the email you used to buy. No reason is needed. Refunds go back to your original payment method through Whop, and timing depends on your bank.

License

You may use the kit for your own photography business and your own client work. You may not resell it, give it away, or share the files in a way that lets others avoid buying it.

What the kit is not

The kit does not include contracts or legal advice. Templates are starting points that you should adapt, and have reviewed where the law in your area requires it. Results depend on you and your market. I do not promise bookings, income or any specific outcome.

AI

The kit was drafted with AI assistance, and it includes prompts for AI tools that you run yourself. Read and edit anything an AI tool writes before you send it to a client.

Payments

Payments are processed by Whop, which acts as the seller of record and handles taxes where required. I do not see or store your card details.

Privacy

When you join the list, I collect your email address, the page you joined from, and any campaign tag in the link you used. I use them to send you the free reply pack and occasional emails about StudioFlowKit. I do not sell or share your email address for advertising.

Your details are stored with Supabase (database), and emails are sent with Resend. The website is hosted by Vercel. Each of these processes data on my behalf.

To unsubscribe, reply to any email with the word unsubscribe. To have your data deleted, email s.akmalkazmi@gmail.com and I will remove it.
